What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for the participant advisory services program across assigned business segments.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to business lines using the EAG Suite of Advisory Services.
  • Partner with Sales to understand pipeline, identify client opportunities, and develop annual support strategies.
  • Deliver compelling client and committee presentations on fiduciary topics, product updates, and industry trends.
  • Train internal personnel and institutional partners on EAG services.
  • Communicate client and partner needs to EAG leadership, helping to shape priorities and service delivery.
  • Provide standard and custom reporting to clients and partners, including product performance, participant impact, and SLA metrics.
  • Design and execute campaign strategies for product rollouts, annual support, and updates—reporting regularly on outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee the implementation and reporting of service-level agreements for large clients.
  • Resolve complex issues and special requests related to Advisory Services in partnership with sales, service, and internal teams.
  • Support EAG business development efforts by contributing to training, demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and project teams on enhancements to EAG services.
  • Lead and develop team members, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and productivity oversight.
  • Maintain records, monitor trends, and share insights with leadership.

What you will bring:

  • Degree in business, finance or similar field. Without a degree, an additional four years of directly related work experience is required
  • 10+ years of financial services industry experience, including advisory services operational experience
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Series 65 registrations required within corporate-established timelines and FINRA fingerprinting required
  • Commitment to delivering optimal solutions, in a timely manner, and balancing customer needs with the best interests of the company
  • Proven experience designing and delivering clear, respectful communications across audiences
